Two fishing boats have been captured while carrying a significant amount of drugs in the deep waters off the southern coast of Sri Lanka. This operation was a joint effort by the Sri Lanka Navy and the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB). When officials searched the boats, they found around 270 kilograms of Crystal Methamphetamine, also known as ‘Ice,’ along with heroin hidden inside.
