Dr. S. Jaishankar, the External Affairs Minister of India, is set to arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow, the 23rd. The Indian External Affairs Ministry announced that he will visit as a Special Envoy for the Indian Prime Minister and will hold discussions with the leaders of Sri Lanka. This visit highlights India's Neighbourhood First Policy and is part of Operation Sagar Bandhu, which was launched to help with the damage caused by Cyclone Ditwah.
