Vijitha Herath, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment, and Tourism, is set to travel to Germany tomorrow. His visit, which will last for two days, includes meetings focused on trade and foreign employment. This trip comes at the invitation of the German-Asia Pacific Business Association's Bremen Chapter, as announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During his time in Germany, Minister Herath will serve as the Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker from Asia at events celebrating the 125th Anniversary of the Bremen Chapter. He will be joined by Germany's Foreign Minister, Dr. Johann Wadephul, who will also be a Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker representing Germany. The OAV is the largest organization in Germany dedicated to fostering business ties with Asia and connects German business leaders and policymakers interested in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, Minister Herath plans to hold discussions with Minister Wadephul and will take part in a business roundtable focusing on Sri Lanka.
