The Cabinet committee set up to ensure public services run smoothly held its first meeting yesterday, on the 19th, at the Presidential Office. Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya led the meeting. Discussions centered on maintaining continuous public services and managing challenges arising from the military situation in the Middle East, as reported by the President’s Media Division (PMD). The committee aimed to keep essential government services operating without interruptions and talked about how to deliver services to the public while finding ways to ease the challenges faced by government employees.
