More than 100 hospitalised in Israel over past 24 hours
The health ministry of Israel has reported that in the last 24 hours, 108 individuals have been hospitalized due to injuries. Out of these, 96 suffered minor injuries, two are in “moderate” condition, and nine are still being evaluated medically. Since the beginning of the conflict, a total of 3,195 people have received treatment in hospitals, with 81 patients still hospitalized as of 07:00 GMT on Sunday. The ministry has not disclosed the number of deaths. In related news, the Israel Defense Forces stated that Iran fired missiles at Israel last night. They confirmed that defensive systems are active to counter the threat and have sent precautionary alerts to mobile phones in the affected areas. The public has been advised to seek shelter in protected spaces and stay there until further notice. Additionally, the Iranian Fars News Agency, associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported a new missile launch from Iran, while the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah has also targeted northern Israel with missiles or drones.
