A 35-year-old man was detained by officers from the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) at the Arrival Terminal of Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) after being found with over 11 kilograms of drugs. The police reported that he had 6 kilograms and 590 grams of ‘Kush’ and 4 kilograms and 910 grams of Hashish. The suspect lives in Colombo 14, according to police. The Airport Unit of the Police Narcotics Bureau is continuing to investigate the matter.
