SL Embassy in Saudi Arabia urges Sri Lankans to remain vigilant amid evolving security situation

The Sri Lankan Embassy in Saudi Arabia has called on Sri Lankans living in the country to stay alert and careful due to the changing security situation in the Middle East. In a special announcement, the Embassy recommended that Sri Lankans depend only on official information sources. They also urged Sri Lankans to follow the instructions from Saudi Arabian authorities and the guidance from the Sri Lankan Embassy in Riyadh and the Consulate General in Jeddah. Furthermore, the Embassy asked that Sri Lankans avoid sharing unverified information and refrain from traveling to areas with security warnings. It is also advised that they keep their travel and identification documents readily available at all times.
