The Department of Meteorology has announced that the current dry weather in Sri Lanka will change starting Friday, the 23rd. Today, the 21st, most areas on the island will continue to experience dry weather. In the early morning hours, some locations in the Nuwara-Eliya district may see ground frost, according to the Met Department. Additionally, misty conditions are likely in certain areas of the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Northwestern, North-central, and Uva provinces, as well as in the Galle, Matara, and Ampara districts during the early morning.
