15-hour water cut in Mahara and Gampaha today

Residents of Mahara and Gampaha will experience a water cut lasting 15 hours, starting at 4:00 p.m. today, October 17. The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) announced this interruption is necessary for important maintenance work on pipelines linked to the Central Expressway construction. Water service will be unavailable from 4:00 p.m. today until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow, October 18.
