Former Minister Johnston Fernando had been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). He arrived the CID this morning to provide a statement regarding a luxury car, allegedly owned by him, that was found unregistered and parked at a star-class hotel in Colombo.He will be produced in the Fort Magistrate.
