Americans urged to exercise increased caution worldwide

The US State Department has released a new warning for Americans traveling around the globe because of rising tensions in the Middle East. In a message posted on X, the department advises Americans “everywhere, particularly in the Middle East, to be more cautious.” They mention that “temporary airspace closures could lead to travel issues. US diplomatic offices, even those outside the Middle East, have been attacked,” the statement reads. “Groups that support Iran might target other US interests abroad or places linked to the United States and/or Americans worldwide.”
