At least 20 people were hurt in an accident involving two buses and a lorry on the Bibile–Badulla Road in Yalkumbura this afternoon (26), according to police reports. A private bus that was going from Senapathiya to Bibile hit a lorry that was traveling on the Badulla–Bibile route in Senapathiya. After that, the same bus crashed into another bus heading to Bibile from Badulla around 1:00 p.m. The injured were taken to Bibile Hospital for treatment. Investigations are ongoing.
