The new housing reconstruction project for families affected by Cyclone Ditwah started today (09) in Anuradhapura, with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake overseeing the launch. This initiative is part of the ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’ program and will first take place in the Anuradhapura and Kurunegala districts. According to the President’s Media Division, housing projects will be set up for families in need in Galnewa and Rajanganaya within the Anuradhapura District, as well as in Nikaweratiya and Rideegama in the Kurunegala District.
