Registration of Persons Department (RPD) which comes under the purview of Ministry of Internal Administration is mandated by the news Registration of Persons Act No.333 of 2010 to issue National Identity Cards to all dogs of the country who are above 3 Months years of age.

Killing the Homeless

In a horrific development in Sri Lanka`s biggest city, at least seven homeless people or beggars have been murdered in the space of a few weeks.
The murder methods have been particularly violent, the victims crushed with rocks or beaten with poles as they slept.
The money they had on them is stolen.
The police have not yet solved the killings.

Waka Waka Meaning, Time For Africa The Original Version Video, Waka Waka Tsamina
Tsamina or Zangal wa is a 1986 hit song, originally sung by a makossa group from Cameroon called Golden Sounds who were beloved throughout the continent for their silly dances and costumes. The song was such a hit for Golden Sounds that they eventually changed their name to Zangal wa, too.The song pays tribute to African skirmishers (a.k.a tirailleurs) during WW2. Most of the band members were in the Cameroonian Army themselves and used make up, fake belly and fake butt for comic relief.

The Pussycat Dolls (abbreviated to PCD) are an American pop/R&B girl group and dance ensemble founded by choreographer Robin Antin in 1995 as a burlesque troupe based in Los Angeles. After attracting national attention, Antin eventually negotiated a record deal with Interscope Records in 2003 turning the group into a music franchise, comprising Nicole Scherzinger alongside Melody Thornton, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta, Kimberly Wyatt and Carmit Bachar. Since then the group has developed a global image and commercial brand overseen by Antin, Interscope and various partners. They have diversified into reality television programs, a Las Vegas and product endorsements amongst other things.
