    EVen recently, Island was UNP.

    Looks like Basil can now be the FM in addition to being the PM too since unlike the latter the former carries a lot of earning potential along with free travel as well thus making even the percentage worries lesser.

    What about Dr. Mervyn Silva?

    Being a descendant of Dutugemunu, he is a fearless man.

    He will arrange demos and attacks against any country that dares to question SL govt. policy and actions.

    He will ban liquor in all parties and functions hosted by the Foreign Ministry. Who knows, he will even ban liquor in parties and functions hosted by the embassies.

    If there is any ball tampering needed any where, even in the UN, Mervyn is the man for it.

    Unlike Bogols, he will accept any Budget allocated to the Foreign Ministry and give Hell to any one who makes any attempt to overspend even one rupee.

    What more qualification is needed to be a good FM?
