UNP did not print at least a handbill for the election, accuse a group of UNP MPs

Lankan News Replies

A group of United National Party (UNP) MPs say that the party lost the election not only because of the malpractices of the government coalition but also thanks to serious shortages in UNP election campaign.

Pointing to the inefficiency of the party one UNP MP said to Lanka-e-News that the UNP did not issue at least a single propaganda handbill for the election.

Another MP said that there was no adequate space in the province to paste the huge poster printed by the UNP. The party had not issued a poster suitable to paste in inner villages.

Another UNP MP said that the party led an ad hoc campaign believing it would win easily. He resembled it to sowing paddy with seeds of weeds and harvesting less than what could be harvested if paddy was planted.

Another UNP MP said that instead of raising the real issues of the people of the Eastern Province, the UNP talked about not providing a helicopter to the leader to travel. He said that if the trend will not be changed the UNP would soon be like a NGO.

LNP Anusam Nana of USA(East Coast) should have gone to SL and pasted some poster's instead of making 'cocky' statements to LNP.

Here's the kind of Cocky, Pig headed attitude of the UNP(Traitor Ranil Faction) during the Election campaign:

Let me Quote LNP Anusam of the UNP(Traitor Ranil Faction)

I Quote Anusam:

however we all know the truth... The UNP-SLMC alliance has caught the PUNAKKU raja with his Amude down. They never expected the UNP to even contest leave alone go into alliance with the SLMC and for hakeem to contest for the CM post.

End Quote:

Traitor Ranil and LNP Anusam have both been Caught Red Handed with their 'USA Designer Pants Down' . Cheee!! Cheee! Hooo! Hooo! Athey Caught

It is this typical Pigheaded USA(East Coast) attitude that the people of the East Rejected.

While Anusam of the UNP(Traitor Ranil Faction) behaved in a pigheaded manner, We in the UPFA said that the People of the East must decide on their Provincial Council. Many other pig headed types on LNP thaught that We the Gamiya's had accepted defeat!

And now, they are the Vanquished and We in the Mahinda Camp are the Victor's!!

Mahinda Rajapaksa Janadhipathi Thumata... Jaya Weva!!

Mahinda should now hold an Entire Series of Provincial Council Elections...and Trash the living daylights out of Traitor Ranil.

We in the South too have a right to Defeat Traitor Ranil again. It's unfair to just give elections for the East. We too want to Defeat Traitor Ranil again.

At least the real UNP ers should now realise that they will never come to power with this Mr.Bean leading the party, this is the 14th defeat....if there is a General election, the result will be the same Or will be worse.....its the last chance to kick RANIL out......

Too much political changes between two big parties are not helping to the country.

Perhaps, Ranil is doing a great service to the country by not acting productively.

This is the Traitor Ranil's 15th Defeat after becoming leader of the UNP.

If you count the Budget Defeat this is the 16th Defeat. The Budget Defeat must also be counted since Traitor Ranil and Mangala made a public Wow to defeat the Govt. at the budget.

I do not know how far above statement is correct. But I know something for sure.
That is UNP leaders point blankly said their govt. can't extricate or liberate people of Eastern province from VP's clutches.
In Sinhala there is a saying 'Meeyak kadanne atha lewakanna nowei'
Mahinda and Pillyan liberated East and they have the right to govern.
Still some ingratitude idiots in Trinco district voted for UNP.

UNP made a big hu in Ranils Mahiyangana Tour, less they had to voters in East.
Loss of Ampara making big difference compare to Trinco hold.
