Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited (AASL) has reached a remarkable achievement by recording the highest number of passenger movements in a month at all airports in Sri Lanka. In January, the airports welcomed 1,045,097 passengers, breaking the previous record of 1,034,687 passengers set in January 2018, according to a statement from the Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited. This achievement shows the ongoing recovery and growth of Sri Lanka's aviation and tourism industries, which are benefiting from more airline operations, increased traveler confidence, and better airport services.
