A special traffic plan will be put in place for the 78th National Independence Day celebrations in Sri Lanka, which will follow the theme ‘Rebuilding Sri Lanka’. The rehearsals for the parade are set for January 30, 31, and February 1 and 2. Air Vice Marshal (Retd) Sampath Thuyacontha, the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence, announced these details.
