Woman Police Constable arrested with heroin in Badulla

A Woman Police Constable from the Badulla Police Divisional Crime Detective Bureau (DCDB) was arrested by the Ambagasduwa Police for having 4.2 grams of heroin, according to police reports. This arrest took place last night, on the 26th. Investigations are underway to find out if the constable intended to distribute the drugs. The suspect is set to appear in the Badulla Magistrate’s Court today, the 27th.
