For the supply of Security forces, there should be local representative as a liason office. What happen usually is that the local agent expose the delivery order and the weapon list in advance to the enemy and also made millions of money simply through commissions.

Lanka logistics was started as a govt. company to prevent that happening.

All of you are missing the point. We all know all politicians are corrupt so brining stuff regarding the government is of no use. But the main thrust of SF`s campaign is anti corruption and if he is guilty of this charge he should not even come forward. If he is not he should make a public announcement to clear his name. But the question is can he?

    Pol Banda

[Lanka logistics was started as a govt. company to prevent that happening]

AND who got the commissions from all those arms deals through LL&T??????????? Are you saying the Rajapaksas did not get any commissions out of all those deals???????

Polbanda do not try to white wash the Rajapaksas ok. Unless of course you have some personal benefit by licking the boots of the Rajapaksas! Do not try to portray the Rajapaksas as squeaky clean. Rajapaksas gobbled millions from the Helping Hambantota fiasco as well and got the case swept under the carpet saying it was detrimental to MR`s PE campaign. They never were proved innocent of those allegations.

Same story for SF. All arms procurments below Rs.25m to the Army went through Hicorp and the f-i-l and s-i-l pocketed the commisisons. All procurements over Rs.25m went through LL&T and the Rajapaksas pocketed the commissions.

All this was `hush hush` while SF towed the line with the Rajapaksas. Are you saying the Rajapaksas did not know that SF was pocketing commissions while he was army commander????? When SF jumped of the Rajapaksa bandwagon all SF`s corruption is brought to light by the Rajapaksas. All these fellows are slimy rascals without any principles hell bent on fattening their wallets.

Mun okkoma patta pal kamba horu.
