This very unfortunate! This is leading eventually to the disintegration of our people and country as a whole.Starving people in the country ain`t worried about all this calamity in the parties, they want the COL to be controlled or limited and it will decide the next election results, perhaps let RW in through the back door. Can we really celebrate this news? Is the Somawansa or any other faction less patriotic than the governing party? Perhaps it will be the people who will judge.

It is interesting to note that why JVP does not give back MP`s vehicles, rather asking them to come to their Head Quarters. Also fear of dissident MP`s to visit this HQ, shows the type of activities that take place inside it.

I doubt by asking them to come to their HQ will be like going in to the old KGB HQ.Perhaps they would like to find out first and the reasons for them to leave their organization for which they worked so hard.If the people who induced them to change coats must have had more than their say or even bought them over,if they are corrupt enough. This is bad for Sri Lankan politics and for the country and it seems the voter has no say, because the people who hop from party to party once elected, should have been decent honest enough to seek a by election. As far as I am concerned this MP is just an opportunist, perhaps greedy as well.We don`t want this kind of low down politics in the island. The party has a right to persuade their rebels to fall in line or go to the country and seek a new mandate and thats real democracy.I want TNA to be TNA,Unp to be in UNP until they go to the country or we will never trust our politicians wo seek our vote.

In the `70`s and `80`s the JVP killed Policemen at will and now

    they seek police protection.Hilarious!

    Always..

You must not forget their past but forgive them as they have embraced the democratic path.
