Festina lente!!

[The possibility of even chemical attacks cannot be ruled out, if the Wanni bound large quantities of unknown chemicals intercepted by the Navy from time to time, while being smuggled from India, are any indication. Remember the late Anton Balasingham boasted of a secret weapon to be unveiled at an appropriate time. Therefore, it behoves the government and the military to be ready for any eventuality without being either complacent or cocky. Now that war has entered a decisive phase, they must learn to `make haste slowly` without taking any undue risks. Festina lente!

]Prabhakaran has no respect for rules of engagement. During CFA LTTE violated the agreement 7000 times. Prabhakaran has no concern about the welfare of the Tamils in Vanni as he use them as human shields and their children as pawns sacrificing on the FDL whilst well trained LTTE carders provide him and his hierarchy adequate security.

Schizophrenic Prabhakaran may use WW1 type of chemicals as the last resort just before his death taking with him his carders as well as the enemy to death.

Extremely good advice. The way forward is to have the experience rather than `show` outcomes. The latter blocks the former

[[ We will have those who don`t even condemn terror strikes on civilians weeping buckets for `the children of the poor` dying in the line of duty. We are only typewriter guerrillas and no military experts. ]]

It is symbiosis and a mutual needs.

If there no Typewriter - guerrllas or Key0board warriers, to whom the Editor writes Editorials ??

I think this PArticular Brigadier made a GRAVE mistake a the first time. then he was sent to specific training in Hawaii, and the second time the Grave Error was lesser but not the for the over 100 or so soldiers died and the military assets destroyed.

I think, the training gave him capability. Yet, application of the knowledge to be suitable for the situation is something different. How much that happened.

Secondly, i read the plan was not implemented.

Who knows, we talk from here.

[I first thought it is a scientific name of some plant. Poor Mucha!! ]

Obviously the editor is not as down to earth as Mucha

[It would have been better if he said *ohoma yan*. ]

But then he would be out of the academic social club.

How come there aren`t any pro-Tigers here lambasting this article as a govt attempt to cover up the `loss` at Muhamulai?

Some body explained `Festina Lente` (hurry slowly) in this perspective.[The `haste` we need is not fast initial growth. It`s speed in reaction and adjustment. We must be alert and fast in answering and learning. We must be flexible, to adjust to ever-changing circumstances to problems and opportunities that can turn up quite unexpectedly.]
