[Prabhakaran is playing a waiting game until the Presidential elections of America and India s General elections are over.]

Nothing to worry, we have been told by Sarath Fonseka that the war will be over by December 2008, he has also said he will not leave the war for his successor when he retires in December 2008, he has also told us that 80% of the war is now over. What ever Sarath Fonseka has said is endorsed by the govt. SO everything will be over by 31 December 2008. Get ready to celebrate on 1 January 2009!

[Will Sri Lanka s war scenario change if Obama wins ?]

Lets hope not... also Obama should worry about USA economic turmoil s rather than creating more foreign intervention.... that should be his first priority.. but as long as GOSL has given a proper solution for the problem I don t think Obama will do anything more than just wording out there should be a political solution for this hope the GOSL is ready for this...

[Obama spoke on the SL Tamils issue in one of his Presidential campaigns to gratify the desires of the Senate members. Obama , in Jan.2008 in relation to this issue observed thus characterizing the conflict in Sri Lanka as a vicious civil war , Senator Barack Obama , a leading Democratic contender in America s forthcoming 2008 Presidential elections, said during an interview that, the problem of the 21st century is the problem of the other . He described this phenomenon as the inability of the people to accommodate others who are not like us , and mentioned Sri Lanka as an example, pointing out that war rages even when everybody there looks exactly the same.]

Also this shows that Obama is kind of misguided by the civil conflict in Sri Lanka... it is the duty of the GOSL to properly send out the message to Obama... about the what is going on in Sri Lanka.....

The Bush-Cheney days are over and with it when resistance to state terrorism and genocide was subject to the same level of persecution as the jihardi terrorists. Thanks to the Clintons and the US democrats there will be a more nuanced approach to the resistance fighting for the victims of genocide hereafter. US, EU and a few other countries were hoodwinked by the SL into listing the armed Tamil resistance or LTTE as terrorist though Sri Lanka up till now has not banned it as `terrorists`.

    Are you kidding????

Indeed, the Bush-Cheney days are going to be over, but that has no implication on our issues. Even when the US government is in full swing against terrorism elsewhere, it had a loose attitude towards Tamil racism. Double standards were often practiced against us, for example, while there are hundreds of civilian deaths by US and EU forces in Afganistan, HR organizations are all over us for ceasing operations, purely based on terrorist propaganda.

Will SriLanka`s war scenario change if Obama wins.

Obama has his own wound to bandage.

What interest Obama has in this country?

Mr Obama we are dealing with a socalled world ruthless terrorist. Hence allow us to deal with him.

I like to see my own people, Sinhalese, killing him like a dog.

Its not the duty of Mr.Obama to solve our problem.Sri Lanka is for Sinhalese only.First we should wipe out the LTTE then the entire tamil population in Sihanala land.If Mahinda does this you will be remebered as a great leader throught the entire Sri Lankan history. We strongly beleive you will bring change to srilanka!!
