Karu to end State waste

  • 19 Jun 2007 06:46:40 GMT

While there is a supposed to be government but in actual fact things are said and done as if there was no government and yet we spend billions to maintain that non government then it would be wiser to make that non government disfunctional and save all that money as even without a government things will carry on as it is now.

How about implmenting that and making yourself disfunctional, Karu.

It has to start some where, we all know the waste in the government institutions are at large. Why not start improving the efficency of government employees while cutting down the unwanted expenses. And put s stop to political appointments?

It may be a honest attempt but will lip service only would work? Who is monitering who? And how?we have seen and heard lot of ministers say things, it`s nothing but NATO(No Action Talk Only).

Any way Karu keep it up!

Mr.Jayasuriya, why dont you set an example and ask president to remove ministers without portfolios or few of `nation building ministers`(if you have the balls to do it that is..)

1.Hon. D. M. Dassanayake -Minister of Nation Building

2.Hon. Gunaratna Weerakoon -Minister of Nation Building

    3.Hon. S. M. Chandrasena-Minister of Nation Building

4.Hon. Rohitha Abeygunawardana- Minister of Nation Building

5.Hon. A. P. Jagath Pushpakumara -Minister of Nation Building

6.Hon. Susantha Punchinilame -Minister of Nation Building

    7. G(Hon) Mahinda Rajapakse -Minister of Nation Plundering

    (As of 2007-05-18,11.30 pm-SL time)

If you cant do this..you will end up as a NATO politcian..which i figure you are fast turning out to be..

    [Karu to end State waste]

Hah hah ha.......... Did you take this serious. This is another joke idea (PUNNAKKU FOR WHOM VOTTED FOR THEM) of one of our POLITICAL JOKERS

Is he going to ask the Ministers to resign?

What about the one million public servants to serve 20 million?

Ithink the Sri Lankan government is the world`s largest employer.

Lion, he has already done it, remember our Anizams voted for him. Not long ago, he and his gang, probably excluding Ranil, were the best economic managers, constitutional experts, double Ph.D super intelligent professors, internationally recognized politicians, above all, relatives to Bushs and Blairs.

Today they supply Punakku to Madamulana, Godey Bayya, Motta Rala and his brothers. Why? There is a piece of paper called the COPE report.

How sad and unfortunate is this.

It seems the UNP leaders are now following the trend set by the JVP,against corruption and waste, but it`s just words get votes.UNP fellows are known to be corrupt and wasteful.
