Series of night air raids on Tiger targets

Sri Lanka Air Force`s (SLAF) fighter jets carried out night air raids on identified LTTE targets in Omanthai and Mannar yesterday, the military said.
A senior Air Force official said that soon after midnight on Saturday, MI-24 helicopters pounded several LTTE mortar locations close to the Forward Defence Lines in Omanthai.
`There locations are used by the Tigers to launch mortars at the Security Forces,` he said.
He also said Air Force fighter jets pounded a Sea Tiger base in Kirinchchi, north of Mannar. around 4.30 am yesterday.
`Ground troops confirmed that both bombardments were able to successfully neutralize the enemy targets,` the official added.
Meanwhile, the pro-LTTE TamilNet website, confirming the air attacks by the Sri Lanka Air Force claimed that fighter helicopters attacked a Multi Purpose Co-Operative Society lorry and two otherlorries belonging to private traders near anthai.
However the website failed to give any further details about the damages and casualties following the attack.
The SLAF intensified its air raids in the north and east following Tiger attack at the Katunayake air base using single engine air craft, where three SLAF personnel were killed and injured sixteen others.
On Saturday too, Air Force fighter jets launched an air strike at a clearly identified sea Tiger base in Kadaikadu, north of Chalai, in the Mullativu district.

Not only LTTE even media gave voice that SLAF do no ability to carry night raids.

This just proves how pathetic and how stupid the SLAF feels right now, they are lashing out blindly hitting civilian trucks, and empty bush to show the southern punnakku eating buffaloes ((c) Anzim) that they are doing something after getting caught with the pants not just down but tied tight around their ankles, LOL.

Punnkaku is for the Tamil Diaspora who is blindly supporting and investing the war against Sri lanka.
The puppet air crafts made some damages to Sri lanka Air Force, that?s true. but don?t you LTTE goons think that you have hit all SLAF fighting capability.. you are mistaken LTTE goons.
Typical song by LTTE goons. Wherever -whenever, SLA, SLAF & SLN attack LTTE terrorists, they all automatically become 'civilian properties'. LTTE killers become 'just innocent civilians'. There camps become.. hospitals, schools, churches etc. Their arms smuggling & transporting vehicles become civilian vehicles. Their sea tigers bcome jsut fishermen with guns. What a nice try by LTTE goons. So.. how long you LTTE killers can disguise in all these puppet stories???

So far I was under the impression that there are intellectuals, fools ... etc in a society.
There camps become.. hospitals, schools, churches etc
Now I've come to the conclusion that not only there are fools, there are also enough super fools in our society.

I feel the government is beating around the bush..
that means if these locations which are bombed by SLAF are identified targets, what about the other locations of the top LTTE is gathering, and why not these are targets too. This puts a dought in some ones mind as to MR has given room for the high LTTE rankers to stay safe. How did praba's son who finished his studies overseas arrived in Colombo and reached Wanni safely undedected? Are we being fooled by MR as the other leaders did in the past?? |
