Congratulations!
On, perhaps a token, apprehension of a sprat in a country infested with sharks and in a country headed by one caught misappropriating 83 millions!. |

| These fellows in the rural areas are the beginning of our chain of corruption in the country, prolific bribe takers and I can't see the need for them. |

Jaffna Tamils believe in Bribery as a source of extra income. DOWRY too vary according to thier bribe taking capability.
Tamils never fought against bribery in their whole life. So, these LTTE criminal supporters better shut up!
There is no Ian Wickramanayake now to stop bribery with a pistol.
LTTE bribe UNP and any one who are in need. We heard nothing of any thing against those sharks. |

They are only catching small fellows who are talking bribe of 100's and 1,000's in an ever increasing COL environment!
As far as there is too much of regulations, red tape and the approval process is tedious corruption will continue unabated..
GOSL will very soon eradicate bribery of less than Rs. 10,000 or so.
Hover, bribery involving millions and billions are never probed or investigations are stopped by court order!!
