There are plenty of these uniforms sold in Japan and Korea.

Want to buy some? Look up the INTERNET.Still uneducated I suppose or lack of foreign information. Hell check with the US embassy.

    YES.Its nothing big issue..

Even I in 1995 brought one american commando uniform to sri lanka and gifted it to a army driver..because I cannot wear it.So pl leave the man alone..

Not a big issue, I agree. But had the possessor had a Tamil name, you would be saying different things, not so?

Would any tamil person with an iota of brains carry camouflage uniforms to Sri Lanka? I am of sinhalese-tamil origin also living in the US. Years ago when I bought a T-shirt with a wild life theme that had a Tiger picture on the front as a gift to be taken to Sri Lanka - I was advised that could cause trouble for me and I left it behind. I wish these terrorists would leave wildlife alone - why can`t they call themselves `Tamil Goons` or something like that!!

Your right: even for my little kids I made them leave all their camouflage clothes when going to SL.

Its much better to avoid idiots than argue with them.

But as you know this cabal of corrupt criminals are fast becoming the enemy of ALL people on the Island, soon it will not matter if you are Tamil or not, if you are not liked by the Rajapakse Mafia you will be dealt with.
