| | Bring to justice the US citizens ( Gothabaya and Basil Rajapakse, and Army Gen. Fonseka), who clearly are subjected to US law and jurisdiction and are believed to be guilty of gross violations of humanitarian laws, crime against Tamils Tuesday, 25 December 2007 - 11:07 PM SL Time | | | OUR OBJECTIVE
Retain the services of Bruce Fein, an Attorney in the United States who specializes in constitutional and international law to advocate:
The Deproscription of the LTTE, and Statehood for Tamils in the island of Sri Lanka.
Bring to justice the three US citizens (Sri Lankan President`s two brothers Gothabaya and Basil Rajapakse, and Army Gen. Sarath Fonseka), who clearly are subjected to US law and jurisdiction and are believed to be guilty of gross violations of humanitarian laws, crimes against Tamils, and other serious offenses such as money laundering.
Utilizing his extensive network in the Media, Congress, Senate, and Executive Branches of the US Government, would aggressively persuade everyone to understand and support Tamil Statehood, which for half a century has never been advocated effectively.
A US-based group calling themselves `Tamils for Justice,` is soliciting funds to retain a well-known Washington Legal entity to advocate for Tamil statehood, the group`s website Tamils for Justice said. The objective is listed as deproscription of the LTTE, Statehood for Tamils in Sri Lanka, and to bring to justice U.S. citizens holding power in Sri Lanka who are believed to be guilty of gross violations of humanitarian laws, and crimes against Tamils, website said.
Bruce Fein, who is a constitutional and international lawyer with Bruce Fein & Associates and The Lichfield Group, and who also served as Associate Deputy Attorney General under President Ronald Reagan, is named to be the attorney to lead the said effort.

WHO IS BRUCE FEIN?
Bruce Fein has served as associate Deputy Attorney General in the Department of Justice as counsel to then Congressman Dick Cheney on a joint House-Senate investigating committee and, as an author, newspaper columnist and broadcast commentator on every significant issue confronting the United States and the international community for four decades.
With his 40 years' experience as the ultimate insider in Washington and a network of several hundred that spans all branches of government, the media, think tanks, and academia, he is uniquely gifted and experienced to give expression to the Tamils' grievances in the corridors of power in Washington and electronic and print media.
He is well versed in the oppression that afflicts the Tamils under the current government and their legitimate aspirations for a separate state after grim decades of pervasive and odious discrimination.
Mr. Fein's international experience is unsurpassed, especially in the area of federalism or new statehoods, for example, Kashmir, Cyprus, Spain, and Sudan.

This is all part of their game..! Israel did it during the early eighties where they trained both Tamil Militants and SLDF..!
They will feed both parties and make sure the rift goes on to their benefit. When they want to end the rift, again for their benefit, they will act like what they do in the middle east..!

As a student, if you answer questions like this, you will be banned for sitting for any exams. Because, you did not answer what I said.
Anyway, being In Canada, I am sure you are intelligent enough to read and understand about the US judiciary. If you don't, then you are just writing like how a Parrot would talk. NO THINKING, JUST POST (WHICH MATCH with YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE A GOOD CUT AND PASTE SPECIALIST).
Oh, again to US Judiciary. You can learn that on your own. |
