I hope the tax people go after the ministers of all parties, that have acquired wealth beyond their incomes.until that is done,it is a pointless exercise.

When the IR implements a policy of working backwards like trying to focus on big expendure like huge phone bills , and find out who pays them and how they earn that much money to pay those would make a good start.

What about the car ownership. It is clear many do not transfer the Cars to their name..May be a little ticking by the roadside police would realise that Cars/vehicles must be transfered to the current user

Even though Government servants are not required to pay tax, it would be easy to make it compulsory to submit `a tax return`

There are many solutions..But who likes to implement them??

First GOSL should work to get that CROOK who stole billions from inaland revenue, to be deported from where ever he lives.

GOSL should confiscate most of his wealth in Sri Lanka.

Saliya : You are right........... but,

I can vouch, the CID has an able Investigator &

    deciplinarian as its head.......

He is relatively young & hope will be permitted

to perform as he has his firmly placed above his

The IGP delivered a good speech at Geneva......

Backed with good facts & figures......

    Thanks to (02) DIG.G

One of them was the CID man.

Hope politics will neither trample or victimise

him... He is able to restore CID its pride.

    He is absolutely capable.
