CEB should have been privatised long time ago. If it had been done so we would not have the corruption problem now.

    CEB corruption free?

It is OK to dream, but this is worse.

we must first make some bribes official, call it commission like a former minister did.

use 10% and not let it reach 60 to 1005 as is often the case.

the best minister could be anyone, but paskaralingam, balapatabendi,Gamini, and a few prominent names, might have to be considered, until the new graduate school of bribery, can really create another genius.

the whole world needs these experts.

In the USA they are the lobbyists.

Eu a form of old boy system survives, some Nazism, some misguided Aryan kingdom,

in other parts,it is simply nepotism, friends, fellow back scratchers,

party members, and those who,in general, agree with us,and would not dissent.See only god in what one does.

Vigorously defends any contrary opinion, and even ascribe their beliefs to a God,and seeks shelter in Faith, when logic fails.

Let us learn to call a spade a spade, and try to contain it.

But to rid of bribery, corruption, nepotism, etc ,that is plain lunacy.

    who will want it?

who will want to be politicians, and do those crazy things to get re elected?

the answer my Friend,is in the mighty Buck or bucks, and one cannot buck it.
