I am really happy to hear news like this. It is a very good decision on the part of a responsible Sri Lankan group. I hope to hear more and more big companies to take their services to various parts of our island instead of only concentrating in and around Colombo. Only then , Sri Lanka as country grow well in all field.

An excellent plan and a proposal, there will be large scale investment on Asiri shares from out stations. Asiri Hospital is fulfilling a long standing requirement for the out stations, and they are filling a gap and a vacuum which had been there for decades and ignored and neglected by many investors.

Kandy is one of the fastest developing areas in the island. Asiri hospital will be a productive investment and the hospital will be able to provide a good service to the population draining this area from many provinces including the North central ,Eastern Uva as well as Sabaragamuwa. we hope this will be completed fairly soon.

This is indeed a good idea to have branches all over the Island. But the question is can an ordinary man get the facilities? This will be mostly beneficial to the high income group when consider ther charges.

Other aspect is the Government Doctors should not be allowed part time work here as theu abuse the privilages and the poor patients in Government hospitals will be totally neglected by the money hungry, self centered selfish Doctors who came up the ladder owing to the free education with tax payers money but forget the past no sooner they graduate.
