The Government is proposing to lease underutilized state-owned land to SMEs for productive economic activities under the budget 2025.
President Anura Kumara Dissanayake shared the government’s plans to invite small and medium investors and lease such underultised state land for cultivations.
“We have set aside Rs.250 million rupees for initial actions to conduct studies on this,†he said.
