Former State Minister Lohan Ratwatte has been arrested by the police following an accident reportedly caused by driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to police sources, the incident occurred in Kollupitiya, where Ratwatte’s vehicle was involved in a collision.Â
Preliminary investigations revealed that the former State Minister had been driving under the influence of liquor at the time of the accident.
