Mixing private business with duty!

A white-collar high-up of the august assembly is said to be running a private business inside the assembly precincts, they say.

The white-collar high-up’s deputy and four others of the same division too are said to be involved in this private business as sub-contractors and are engaged in this work during the office hours.
By the way, the high-up running the private business had to face disciplinary inquiries some time ago for occupying the chair of a very high authority during the latter’s absence and also for engaging in private work during the office hours but escaped punitive action due to political intervention.

Now he is boldly carrying out his private business during the office hours, they say.
