Trying to bell the cat?

The head of this city council has now left the country on a foreign visit and the deputy currently acting in the post is said to be planning a coup to oust the head.

The deputy has reportedly prepared an impeachment motion against the council head and is busy these days collecting the signatures for it from the members.

The impeachment motion is expected to be ready for moving in the council by the time the head of the council returns to the country, they say.
