Serenia Residences to host ‘Meet the Developer’ event this weekend

Serenia Residences, a private collection of 47 beachfront residences focusing on unparalleled amenities and boutique hotel services

Â

Colombo-based real estate development firm Serenia Limited will host an exclusive event featuring an intimate discussion and a walk-through of the site with the partners and developers of Serenia Residences.
The event will take place within the project’s construction site in Talpe, Galle, from February 2 till 4.
The developer will discuss the array of life-enriching amenities that will be offered throughout the expansive, one-acre beachfront property, the unique features and components that will be offered to residents and why buyers have chosen to purchase a Serenia Residence as their primary or secondary home. “This is beyond anything we dreamt of. It is unique in that this will be the only time a residential property of this scale will be housed in this neighbourhood of Talpe. The views are protected and will remain untouched.

Additionally, you get the luxury boutique hotel lifestyle,” said Serenia Limited Executive Director Sabina Karunanayake.
Guests are invited to ask questions in order to better visualize the project, followed by individual one-on-one exploration with the developer itself, to see the different residence views and discuss the unique financing options Serenia has with their banking partner.
Upon completion in December 2019, the private enclave will feature beautifully designed and exclusive amenities, pools, jacuzzis, entertainment spaces and the first of a kind private beach exclusively built for owners of the 47 condominium residences.
