Barcelona permits Neymar to miss training pending a record breaking move to PSG

FC Barcelona have confirmed that Neymar will miss training on Wednesday (3) pending an impending move to French footballing giants PSG.

Speaking to the media, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi stated “Today Neymar is a Barcelona player and we will see what happens with him” not shedding any light on the potential record breaking deal for the Brazillian winger.

Increasing reports that Neymar was growing frustrated playing second fiddle to Lionel Messi intensified over the summer transfer window with the rumours of his move to PSG heating up.

If PSG are to pry away Neymar, they would make him the most expensive player on the planet through his €222 million buyout clause.
