Many of you might have receive this already if not you there is a strong possibility might receive this in the future . This is a chain Email which is being passed around among the Sri Lankans through the internet these days . the message which they trying to convey is a scary one. so i looked up in the Wiki . and this is what i its says..lolz
Malic acid is an organic compound with the formula HO2CCH2CHOHCO2H. It is a dicarboxylic acid which is made by all living organisms, contributes to the pleasantly sour taste of fruits, and is used as a food additive. Malic acid has two stereoisomeric forms (L- and D-enantiomers), though only the L-isomer exists naturally. The salts and esters of malic acid are known as malates. The malate anion is an intermediate in the citric acid cycle.

Kadurugoda Viharaya in Jaffna

There is a historical place called `Kandarodei` situated in the midst of palmyrah trees beyond Manipai about 10 Kilometres away from Jaffna. There are small dagobas numbering 61 scattered over about 1/2 acre land. Those small structures are... constructed with ash-coloured stone. Some dagobas have only the foundation.
The special feature of these ancient Buddhist structures is that there are no square shape constructions above the global structures Instead of that , There are are umbrella shape structures one above the other next to the global structures.

Parliamentarian Sanath Jayasuriya and three other MPs have requested President Mahinda Rajapaksa for ministerial portfolios in the government
In a letter signed by Jayasuriya, Galle district MP Nishantha Muttuhettigama, Ampara district MP Sarath Weerasekera and Matale district MP Lakshman Wasantha Perera they said they have waited for a long period and it is time for them to get ministerial portfolios considering their performance and also considering the votes they obtained at the general election.
