Dear We Thamizh kazhuthais, can you please answer this question?

Just a few days ago, the Int`l Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Muammar Gadaffi for the crime of bombing his own citizens just a few months prior. However, note that no one accused him of committing genocide.
However, We Thamizh have been screaming that the evil Sinhaloid government also bombed their own Tamil citizens and committed GENOCIDE(TM), not recently but two years ago. Now here`s my question:
Even after two years, why hasn`t the ICC issued an arrest warrant for Mahinda Rajapakse and others who led the war? I asked this question from Manju but she was struck dumb by it (which is probably quite a common occurrence for her anyway). I`d appreciate it if any We Thamizh could give an intelligent answer (operative word being `intelligent` for those who may try to be too smart).

Sri Lankan asylum seekers to be deported from Britain
Dozens of Sri Lankan asylum seekers including some with links to the Tamil Tigers are expected to be deported from Britain to return to the troubled country.

About 40 are believed to be facing deportation, with human rights campaigners fearing the refugees may suffer reprisals in Sri Lanka, where the Tigers were defeated in 2009 during the civil war.

Argentine leader says UK `arrogant` over Falklands
The president of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, has called Britain `arrogant` for refusing to negotiate on the Falklands.
She was speaking a day after UK Prime Minister David Cameron said the issue of sovereignty was non-negotiable. President Fernandez called his refusal to hold talks on the sovereignty of the Falklands, or Malvinas, arrogant and bordering on stupidity.
Britain defeated an Argentine invasion of the islands in 1982. The Falklands are at the centre of a territorial dispute dating back to the 19th Century. Argentina has repeatedly requested talks on the islands` future sovereignty. But most Falkland islanders wish to retain British sovereignty and 14 June is marked as Liberation Day in the capital, Port Stanley.
