Public Apology to Parameswaran BigMc Thambi
Sunday, 1 August 2010 - 1:36 PM SL Time
|
News has emerged that Parameswaran Subramaniam, that glorious We Thamizh who magnificently demolished Lt-Colonel Thileepan`s record by embarking on a McHunger Strike(TM) for 24 days outside the parliament of our British white masters, actually did NOT eat a single Big Mac (with a side of wadei). Not even a Happy Meal!
In court, Scotland Yard made a complete U-turn from their earlier position and said that they actually did not have any tapes of him scarfing down on Big Macs. This change of heart from Scotland Yard is 100% genuine and totally not because they are reluctant to release the footage due to security implications. The Sun and The Daily Mail apologized to Parameswaran thambi for the totally untrue allegations against him.

`Maama Baanai`, a much loved Sri Lankan stage musical, is returning to Sydney in a few weeks. A new chapter in the drama will be performed for your enjoyment. All proceeds go to the Ranaviru Kakulu program, a scholarship program to assist the children of our war heroes who were injured or gave their lives for our country. There will also be a traditional Sri Lankan dancing event to make this event more delightful. There are 40 children who are under our Ranaviru Kakulu scholarship program and they have benefited immensely. Please pass this message on to all your Sri Lankans contacts. If you are a member of a social club, please encourage other committee members to contribute as well.

Dear friends, today is the fifth death anniversary of our finest diplomat, the great Sri Lankabhimanya Lakshman Kadirgamar.
As our soldiers slew the demons with their swords on land, sea and air, so too did you slay them with your pen. You played an indispensable part in castigating them in the international arena, greatly facilitating the freedom of our homeland. May you be reborn among us for one final turn of sansara when your time in heaven is complete. You would have been our president...

Lee Kuan Yew Says Rajapakse Extremism Cannot Be Changed
[TamilNet, Saturday, 14 Augist 2010, 01:30 GMT]
The Minister Mentor (whatever that means) of the totally liberal republic of Singapore has publicly denounced the devilishly evil Sinhala Overlord as an extremist Sinhala Buddhist chauvinist in his recently released book.
He justifies this by rightly seeing no difference between the LTTE and ordinary Tamil civilians (all of whom support the LTTE, of course) and saying that the LTTE will come back soon (just wait and see(TM)) unless the Sinhala Only(TM) government changes their GENOCIDAL(TM) policies. That alone shows just how much of an expert he is on south Asian affairs. In his publication he also very correctly calls Sri Lanka a failed state. Anyone can obviously see that Sri Lanka is totally heading down the road of becoming a failed state now that the war is over. Just ask any UNP or JVP supporter for their expert opinion on the matter!
