Anti-Lanka role exposed
Sunday, 5 December 2010 - 8:32 AM SL Time

The term unpatriotic rabble rouser and treasonous individuals may well be fitting Sri lanka`s UNP parlimentarian Dr. Jayalath Jayawardena primarily as well as Dr Wickremabahu Karunaratne`s role in calling for punitive action agaist the Government odf Sri lanka and her President during his recent UK visit. The former`s dubious track record as a former Tamil Tiger sympathiser surreptitiously visible to the more discerning on many occassions despite no charges laid relative to some of his contentious actions and statements to the media during the LTTE problems in Sri lanka alone may be sufficient to indict and convict this individual of unpatriotic treasonous behaviour. The man seems to have the disposition of being very evasive and slippery where he often takes advantage of the leniency of the President who by rights should have probably nailed him for his conduct many moons ago!

Parameters of war crimes prosecution fiasco
Sunday, 5 December 2010 - 5:25 PM SL Time

This evening Velichcham வ ெ ள ி ச ் ச ம ் programme on GTV revealed that the Global Tamil Forum was in the process of seeking an arrest warrant against Major General Chagi Gallage, head of presidential security division, knowing well that he left the UK last night. GTF chair, Father S J Emmanuel was bluffing and in the end he admitted that we should take this blunder as a learning exercise. All the big talk of getting arrest warrants against Sri Lankan army officers like Palestinian groups they have been successful in getting many high profile arrest warrants is mere media rhetoric and it seems there was not any substantial work done on this very practical matter of paper work. Our genocide Tamil pundits know very well that those palestinian groups keep all the paper work ready even before the arrival of an Israeli official, once someone touched the British soil, they just have to carry that paperwork to the court of law.

The ubiquity of the Tiger flag in the recent London drama
Monday, 6 December 2010 - 9:23 AM SL Time

by Dr.Dayan Jayatilleka

`In the last analysis, the outcome of the struggle will be determined by the fact that Russia, India, China, etc., account for the overwhelming majority of the population of the globe.` - Lenin (Last document, `Better Fewer, but Better`, March 22, 1923)

I don`t know about you but what struck me most about the recent drama in London was the ubiquity of the Tiger flag, with its 32 bullets and crossed rifles. This was not a protest by `suffering` Tamils and associated solidarity groups.
