HANDLING Style of the Higher Education Ministry Is WRONG. President Should Not Allow that Kind OF Confrontational Style
Friday, 29 October 2010 - 11:17 PM SL Time

Present Problems in the University are made by the Higher Education Minister. Everything what the Minister had said proves that.

Perhaps, the Govt thinks as the existing Private Schools/Universities don`t have disputes or thuggary and violence realting to Politics, existing free education - universities should be neglected and should be allowed to stop functioning and allow private universities to propagate. THAT GOVERNING STYLE IS WRONG.

Sri Lanka Needs Private Universities. But, that should not be at the expense of the free-educating Universities. GOvt should provide facilities to those Universities.
