LTTE is a one-man-show

?If LTTE leader Prabhakaran is killed, the LTTE would collapse because it is a centralized organisation. As its leader, Prabhakaran is the sole decision maker, and within the LTTE there isn`t a second leadership.?

This comment was made to The Bottom Line by Army Commander Lt Gen Sarath Fonseka.

?After Prabhakaran`s demise there will be a struggle for leadership,? he said, adding that the Army was heading towards its targets.

Ministers are considering a ban on prostitution as they try to tackle international human trafficking, Women`s Minister Harriet Harman said.


The Government is studying the law in Sweden, where paying for sex has already been made illegal.


Ms Harman, Labour`s deputy leader and the Leader of the Commons, said she is convinced that such a move is necessary to stem demand for sex workers trafficked into Britain.
