Nallur Murugan Temple, Yarlpanam, Tamil Eelam.

At the crack of dawn, dozens of men young and old roll on the ground outside this famous Hindu temple in northern Sri Lanka, reciting verses or just praying to the deities. Cries of `Haro Hara or Muruga rend the air as the womenfolk go through the ritual of bowing, kneeling, before walking a few spaces to bow/kneel again outside the temple wall.

The 25-day annual Nallur festival is on and drawing crowds not only from all over Sri Lanka but the rest of the world, mainly Tamil expatriates and their families.

Church leaders in Sri Lanka say they are disappointed by the government rejecting their call for a Christmas truce in the country`s continuing civil war.

During the Nazi occupation of Europe, the people in the occupied countries were forced to join the Pro-Nazi rallies by the occupying German army and the quislings. Sittannavasal is a small village in Pudukkottai district and is world famous for its fresco paintings in the rock-cut Jaina cave temple. There is normally very little legal recourse available through the police as the government is hesitant to challenge Buddhist clergy who are involved in these things. Pray that through such times (and numbers of churches in Sri Lanka are experiencing this sort of thing), God ` s people will demonstrate the gracious aroma of Christ in the midst of suffering for His sake.

The Tamils are living in the Delft island for many millenniums, but the Sinhalese couldn`t last there for few weeks and committed a group suicide. That is funny, it shows the Sinhalese don`t belong to Tamil Eelam, they are alien to that land.

I heard it is a beautiful island and full of coconut and palmyra trees and it had large grass land, wild ponies and sea food. The Dutch used that island as their holiday resident and named it after their city Delft in the Netherlands. I really want to visit all the Islands belong to Tamil Eelam one day.

Prabakaran gave aid to the Sinhala flood victims, they ate all of the truck loads of rice and dry fish and used the blankets, but when the Tsunami hit the Vanni region, the Sinhalese refused to share the foreign aid given to all people by the unsuspecting foreigners. This is the major difference between the Tamils and the Sinhala Nazis.

A convoy of trucks containing goods donated by various non-governmental and civil organisations from the North reached affected villages in the South yesterday. The trucks are delivering much needed emergency items to both Tamil and Sinhala villages affected by the recent floods.

An online Tamil News website(orunews) reports that Mr. Jeyaraj Fernandopulle was killed by a parcel bomb and not by a suicidal attack. The website also indicate that video of the bomb explosion shows the bomb exploding at the right side of Jeyaraj Fernandopulle, where as the marathon runners were standing on left of him.

Not only that, the Marathon runners were only wearing running shoes and a small T-shirt, which is reported to be unfit for a deadly suicidal mission that killed 14 people and left more than 90 wounded and 16 of the wounded have sustained serious injuries. How can Marathon runners wearing running shoes and small t-shirts conceal such a deadly bomb under their thin clothe layer?
