Tamils : Don`t trust Sinhalese. Monday, 24 August 2009 - 9:49 AM SL Time

I hope the title say it all. Enough is enough. I don`t want to believe what I cannot believe.

A minority of Sinhalese are cool. A majority of them, are monsters, narrow minded, hatred filled souls. I have no doubt when reading the actual policy of Sinhalese government, and the big silence of the population. In fact no sound coming from the street for the IDPs. They were more active after the killing of Lasantha, than after the killing of thousands of innocents. Why is that ? Is it related to the ethnic community ?

A Big Thank You to the Buddhist and Peaceful Sinhala Nation Sunday, 12 April 2009 - 5:33 AM SL Time

Sri Lankans, Sinhala Diaspora: Thank you for `liberating` our relatives, your so-called citizens ...........

P.S: Modayas, note that this NOT a photoshop work, but the work of the Sinhala Barbarians. We don`t want you to liberate any Tamils, we just want you to leave our homeland and let our people live in PEACE as teached by the Great Non-Sinhala Lord Buddha, the Only and True Buddhist !!!!

Look again at the pictures, think TWICE, are they `terrorist`

Sixty-One Years of Independence and the Tamils of Sri Lanka

February 4th, 2009

By D.B.S. Jeyaraj

Sri Lanka celebrates sixty-one years of Independence from Britain today. The country known then as Ceylon, obtained full freedom on February 4th 1948.

For any people free of colonial bondage this would be a day of joy and happiness.

But that is not so for the Tamils of Sri Lanka right now.

Lankan Tamil resistance and the Mumbai attacks Tuesday, 2 December 2008 - 9:40 PM SL Time

Many in the country draw an analogy of the LTTE and the blast in Mumbai last week. The general perception here is the Indian government is fully supportive of the Tamils plight and, therefore, asserted support to the LTTE. The argument is the LTTE are terrorists whom the government is fighting and, therefore, public opinion demands the Indian government should be with GoSL and against the LTTE (by extension the Tamils)

Why advanced Russians never landed on Moon, while less advanced Americans did ?.......PROPAGANDA Tuesday, 18 November 2008 - 7:20 AM SL Time

Well well.. What ever you may believe, I never believed that man landed on Moon. Always suspected the conspiracy.

Recently, and hopefully, I found a very intersting documentary confirming it !! It is just too `Big` now to believe that they really did it !

Think about it.. All the radiations from space. All these fake pictures.. Why Neil Armstrong kept quiet after this historical event..

You know the Truth, all is BS. Same as 911.

I really want to share this WORTH WATCHING documentary with the LNP community..

P.Unnikrishnan Saturday, 16 February 2008 - 9:53 PM SL Time

One of the most sought after Carnatic classical vocalists of today,P Unnikrishnan was born on 9 th July 1966 to K Radhakrishnan and Dr Harini Radhakrishnan. The family home, Kesari Kuteeram, was a well known landmark of Madras city, with great grandfather Dr KN Kesari being an eminent Ayurvedic physician and the promoter of the popular Telugu women`s magazine Gruhalakshmi . The home was known to be a beehive of artistes and singers with eminent personalities in the field often coming home to perform and also be rewarded by Dr Kesari. It is no surprise therefore that Unni should have taken to the arts at an early age. Cricket was however his first passion and it was his ambition to make it to the national level. But his mother had noticed his talents in music and enrolled him for classical music lessons under Sri VL Seshadri. Studying at the Asan Memorial School, Unni balanced his interests in music and cricket and progressed on both fronts. He graduated from the Vivekananda College, Madras University in 1987 with a B Com degree. Music tutelage was now under Dr S Ramanathan, the well known musician`s musician. Unni also graduated in cricket to become a part of the Tamil Nadu Senior Division League as a top order batsman and wicket keeper. Concert opportunities began coming in from 1990 onwards with the first concert happening at Palghat. His facile voice and musical talents were noted and with that he joined the league of young Turks such as Vijay Siva and Sanjay Subrahmanyan to bring back the fans to Carnatic Music. Cricket had to sadly be left behind though he continues to be a life member of the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association. Tutelage in music continued after Sangita Kalanidhi Dr Ramanathan`s time with Calcutta Sri KS Krishnamurthy and later Smt Savitri Sathyamurthy as Gurus. He also attended a six month training programme on the Veena Dhanammal bani conducted by Sangita Kalanidhi T Brinda and Sangita Kalanidhi T Viswanathan. Unni did his General Law and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and joined Parrys Confectionery Limited where he worked from 1991 to 94. By then he had become a very busy concert artiste. It was in 1994 that he received his first film offer and the very first songs, `Ennavalae` (Kaadalan) and `Uyirum Neeye` (Pavitra) bagged him the National Award for Best Male Playback Singer. He can be credited with the bridging of the classical music film music divide which had been last achieved with great success by KJ Yesudass.

Snowflake Slideshow Part 1 Monday, 19 November 2007 - 1:10 AM SL Time

Admire God and Mathematics in the same image !!!

Snowflakes and snow crystals

Snowflakes and snow crystals are made of ice, and pretty much nothing more. A snow crystal, as the name implies, is a single crystal of ice. A snowflake is a more general term it can mean an individual snow crystal, or a few snow crystals stuck together, or large agglomerations of snow crystals that form `puff-balls` that float down from the clouds.

The structure of crystalline ice

The water molecules in an ice crystal form a hexagonal lattice, as shown at right (the two structures show different views of the same crystal). Each red ball represents an oxygen atom, while the grey sticks represent hydrogen atoms. There are two hydrogens for each oxygen, so the chemical formula is H2O. The six-fold symmetry of snow crystals ultimately derives from the six-fold symmetry of the ice crystal lattice.
