see if there are any posting guideline violations are done by 'UpulJ'.
[You can do Tamil and Sinhala as a subject in austraila..
You can talk in tamil or sinhala at any Govt dept... not like sri lanka you can only speak sinhala...]
But you have to have a thorough knowledge of written and spoken English to do a decent job...:-)
Also documents relating to social security benefits are translated to Tamil but not sinhalese...:-)
