[SL Railway dept ignores 3000 workforce, hires Indian workers]
More than 1000 workfoce is going to be recruited in SL railway for maintenance and improvement of Railway operations in SL. SL Railway dept widely believes Sinhaleese people are generally lazy and not willing to contribute for the maintenance of Railway Network in SL.
In turn TN can give the opportunities to Sinhaleese for toilet cleaning and maintenance in TN. There is lot of opportunities for SL workforce in India particularly TN, inthe areas of cleaning and maintaining toilets in TN. (Sinhaleese preferred profession). Sure we can expect, the toilet system in TN will improve considerably as more and if chances are given, Sinahleese people will take the opportunity not only to improve the toilet cleaning system in TN but also improve Sinhaleese lifestyle.
