India still has the Old Russian fusion technology similar to Chernobyl with a lifespan of 25 years extended to further 25 with risks. But the new Russian and Chinese version is small, friendly and generates less by-products such as plutonium and Americium, hence its ideal as Sri Lanka is not an unfriendly country racing for nuclear arms... :-)
