kotiya, you do not knw that India has federal system. Also, the PM is elected by parliament. Because of close competition among parties, Congress or BJP wants regional parties` support. With Congress Party not in a stron position nationally, they like to get every regionsl support. That is why TN counts. Do you get it, at least now?
