[The soldiers at the army check point at Oomanthai will not allow the lorries to get through. They normally impose restrictions and adopt delaying tactics. First they ask the lorry driver to unload the rhings, and when unloaded asj the driver to load them one by one. By the time the driver unloaded it`s the end of the day and loading again will take another day. Then the soldiers ask permit obtained from the AG in Vavunia. By the time the driver reached the AG Office, it`s 6 pm and he has ti wait for the next day. ]
This is to train the lorry drivers how to excercise. They are a lazy bunch of guys...
